What You’ll Do

• Represent organizations, products, services, and campaigns at live events and promotional activities
• Communicate directly with customers, attendees, and members of the public

• Assist with event-based communications and customer engagement
• Explain campaign information, promotions, products, and services
• Answer questions and help attendees navigate event activities
• Support event setup, organization, and day-of-event activities
• Help coordinate communication between customers, event teams, and staff
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at events
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and presentations
• Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members
• Support marketing and communications initiatives before, during, and after events
• Work with team members to meet event and campaign goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
