Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and distributing internal and external communications in alignment with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update communication logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior communications staff as appropriate.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
