About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Associate to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will support internal and external communication efforts related to event projects, assist with organizing communication materials, and help ensure clear and consistent information is shared among team members, clients, vendors, and event partners. Responsibilities * Assist in preparing and organizing communication materials, reports, schedules, and internal documents. * Support communication between event teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments. * Help maintain organized records of communications, project updates, schedules, and event details. * Assist with drafting general correspondence, informational documents, and event-related communications. * Provide administrative and coordination support to the communications and event teams. * Help coordinate timelines, deadlines, and communication tasks for event projects. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer, email, and document management skills.
