Known for our award-winning craftsmanship AND culture, LCCM takes pride in being one of SC's Best Places to Work and the leading commercial woodworking firm in the state.Work Schedule & BenefitsSchedule: 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM) (Optional Friday overtime based on workload)Benefits PackageGroup Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth & Life Insurance401(k) with up to 4% employer matchPaid Time Off & VacationOngoing Professional & Personal Development WorkshopsKey Responsibilities Installation & Job ExecutionInstall custom cabinetry, trim, millwork, and hardware according to shop drawings and LCCM standardsAccurately measure, cut, scribe, and fit materials on sitePerform high-quality, detail-driven punch out work including shelf setting, door adjustments, hardware placement, and caulkingMaintain responsibility for job quality from start to finish—no rework neededReview shop drawings and ensure complete understanding of job scopeComplete Daily Field Logs, including accurate time tracking with cost codes and outstanding items to completeMeet daily and weekly install goals and deadlinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and vehicleCommunicate proactively with the Lead Installer and Supervisor regarding project updates, materials, or issuesMaterial Handling & InventoryVerify materials are accurate, complete, and ready for transport and installationLoad and unload materials securely and safelyIdentify shortages or defects and report them immediatelyTrack and manage tools, hardware, and equipment throughout the jobSafety & ComplianceUse all required PPE and follow company safety policies at all timesParticipate in ongoing safety trainings and support company safety cultureReport any injuries or unsafe conditions immediatelyProvide CPR/First Aid/AED assistance if certifiedQuality Control & Team DevelopmentInspect and ensure the accuracy and finish of all completed workComplete and submit punch lists and project closeout documentationAssist in training less experienced installers in proper techniques and quality expectationsExperience & QualificationRequired:Cabinet/Trim Carpentry experience (minimum 2 years preferred)Valid South Carolina Driver's LicenseStrong basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders, operate power tools, and stand for long periodsAbility to read and interpret shop drawings, safety procedures, and installation documentsHigh School Diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with institutional and medical-grade casework installationWork ConditionsWork is primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure (including weather)Travel to and from job sites in company trucks or vans is required dailyHow to ApplyClick the "Apply" button and submit your application - For submission issues or with any additional questions please email Katy Braun at HR@LCCM.com.Equal Opportunity EmployerLCCM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
