Key Responsibilities:
Mail Handling & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing U.S. mail, overnight packages, interoffice correspondence, and product samples across multiple floors and departments.
Shipping & Courier Coordination: Prepare shipments, operate postage machines, determine cost-effective shipping methods, and coordinate with courier services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for deliveries and issue resolution.
Sample Management: Organize and distribute product samples; remove and stage samples designated for charity or disposal.
Mailroom Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mailroom, monitor equipment, record postage meter readings, and initiate service calls as needed.
Reporting: Provide daily updates to the mailroom dashboard and track charity bin usage and movement.
Facilities Support: Assist with tasks as directed, including conference room setups, supply deliveries, and other building-related needs.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
1-3 years’ experience in a high-volume corporate mail distribution department or facilities management maintenance department required
Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software
Physical requirement- must be able to lift 50-55 lbs
Additional Details:
Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Environment: Business casual dress code.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
