We are looking for a detailed, tech-savvy **SEO & Social Media Coordinator** to oversee our routine digital marketing operations, off-page SEO efforts, and social media syndication.
In this role, you will split your time roughly 50/50 between link-building/profile management and social media execution. You will work heavily with AI tools, manage system syncing, perform daily outreach tasks, and keep accurate records in Excel.
### Key Responsibilities
#### **SEO & Link Building (50%)**
* **Profile & Backlink Creation:** Manually set up profiles and directory listings across specified platforms, populating them with quality, natural-sounding English content.
* **Data & Link Tracking:** Meticulously track and update all created profiles, login details, and backlink URLs in Excel/Google Sheets.
* **AI Content Proofreading:** Review AI-generated copy to ensure high readability, proper grammar, and natural English before publishing.
#### **Social Media & Ads (50%)**
* **Account Setup & Tool Syncing:** Create, set up, and link social media accounts (Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to automated AI posting platforms.
* **Daily Engagement & DM Outreach:** Execute routine daily outreach, including sending a targeted batch of copy-and-paste direct messages (~50/day) and engaging with posts (likes/comments).
* **Content Publishing:** Schedule and publish AI-assisted posts across selected social platforms.
* **Meta Paid Ads Assistance:** Provide administrative support for Meta paid advertising campaigns, including monitoring basic performance and organizing asset data.
### Requirements & Qualifications
* **Proficient Written English:** Strong ability to read, assess, and edit English content so it sounds natural and error-free.
* **Excel / Google Sheets Fluency:** Excellent organizational skills with proven experience maintaining structured spreadsheets.
* **Social Media Familiarity:** Hands-on experience with Facebook, Pinterest, and direct messaging workflows.
* **Tech-Savvy & AI Adaptability:** Comfortable navigating AI content tools, account sync integrations, and digital platforms.
* **Consistency & Focus:** Able to perform daily repetitive tasks (such as manual profile setups and daily message outreach) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
