DescriptionA client with Kforce is seeking a Service Designer III to join their team in San Diego, CA.Duties:* Owns the scoping, planning (including partner identification, deliverables, and timeline), and delivery of service design projects in strong collaboration with our internal stakeholders across product, design, research, and operations* Knows when to use service design tools and methodologies and actively teaches them to others* Crafts visions of customer experience strategy through complex multi-dimensional, multi-stakeholder prototypes; Autonomous multi-tasker with a track record managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and objectives at once* Can clearly discern the needs of discrete stakeholders in complex networked service experience offerings* Clearly articulates an end-to-end service and experience to teams across the organization to achieve broad understanding, buy-in and alignment* Presents a vision of services that drives energy and passion; Has a consistent track record to ambitious, full-journey service design work, self-directed* Aligns with product/service/ partners to ensure clarity of roadmap, capabilities, dependencies* Effectively negotiates priorities to keep service vision cohesive and delivery of value; Drives conversations with prototypes, frameworks and provocations* Passionately advocates for experience delivery excellence, E2ERequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or Science disciplines required; MBA or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)* Proven commitment to placing the customer experience at the core of decision-making, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and change* Proficient in end-to-end quantitative thinking and problem-solving* Adept at translating complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives that inspire stakeholders to take strategic action* Strong track record of building collaborative cross-functional partnerships and driving alignment* Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas, tell stories with data, and motivate partners to pursue initiatives* Proactive in anticipating dependencies, risks, and resource gaps, working swiftly to resolve them* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, delivering measurable business impactJob TypeContractCompensation59 - $69
