About job:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to support internal communications, customer coordination, and administrative activities at our Cincinnati, OH location. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in professional communication, information coordination, and cross-department collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily internal communication and coordination between office and operational teams.
* Support the preparation and organization of internal communications, informational materials, and documents.
* Help communicate important updates, schedules, and operational information to appropriate team members.
* Assist with customer inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry.
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
